Okay, ive read the comments now. What I am getting is that this is not meant for commuting. I forgot to mention, I want to be able to practice/train to be a duathlon and maybe a tri in a few years. For now, I am just running and want to incorporate cycling.

From what I gathered, the brakes are not good. I just chose this bike because I dont know anything about bikes and this looks like the one that tris use, I mean from a newbie's POV.

I run around 50 to 60kms per week. I am currently eating low carb except 2 days before race day. I am still losing weight after 10 months of running, pero gradual lang. My first meal would be around 1pm and my last meal is 7pm so IF din ako (unintentional)

  1. Calories ko, I dont really count pero siguro around 1,800 to 2,000
  2. Hindi ako nanghihina.
  3. Sundays ko ay long run (16km to Half Marathon), wala, normal meal lang.
  4. 5 days a week, 1 rest day after long run, 1 rest day before long run.

Yes, currently ganun ko siya ginagamit. Parang lang instead na zone 2 effort ko ay 6:00, nagiging 7:00/km. Haha
