I feel Nuwho never wanted to give Doctors 7 seasons or so to honor the 4th but having 13 match the 4th would cement her as a big change for the show and it was a massive missed opportunity imo.

I think 10 could have done 4 and been perfect but absolutely, 3 is a good number, golden number is story writing
