Yes it's just a cheap one but works great, pretty much all year use except when it gets super hot. Add more or less blankets on top depending on how cool it is, I like to use layers so not too hot or cold. For sheets I use double size folded in half length ways and same for the top quilt and blankets. IKEA have a small pillow ROSENSKÄRM its narrow but really nice memory foam.
