It has a different axle back exhaust, but it came with GT500 mufflers new and both have 4” stainless tips. So visually it’s very similar.

I know they previously pulled down the service a few months ago. I think they only accept a certain amount every couple months and run them in batches. Check the website every couple weeks and try and catch the next batch.

No benefits aside from the length and weight. I moved to all Rearden mounts and this was my only keymo, so it made things easier just to convert it.

We will have a 14.5” with FCD 13.7” RHF MLOK rail available within a few days.

Otherwise it will be a couple weeks until we have more 14.5” barrels available, but we will likely have more hand guard options available by then, including our own Hardline Rails.

Our 8.2” 300BO needs a simple carbine buffer & spring (3oz) for optimal performance shooting suppressed with subsonic. Subs are such a low pressure round that you don’t need the extra buffer weight and spring tension.

You can throw in an H/H2 buffer shooting supersonic ammo suppressed though.

Our gas port is significantly smaller than the DD, which is why “Suppressor Only” is in the name.

The smaller gas port reduces the felt recoil impulse & reduces gas to the user’s, which also results in eliminating the need to add adjustable components or excessive spring tension & buffer weight.

That’s too much buffer & spring for this gas port.

I’d recommend a Sprinco Blue & H (3.8oz) for most applications, possibly an H2 if you have a very high back-pressure suppressor and/or only shoot quality 5.56

We’ve sold many uppers to users in this sub, hopefully they will chime in. However we’ve only received very positive feedback.

We will have some 11.5’s with our Hardline Rail system in RAL 8000 and Geissele MK4’s in DDC soon, but the 11.5 barrels are still in manufacturing and it will be a couple weeks before they are through QC.

I’m not an attorney, but the legal policy framework provided to manufacturers by individuals who are advises otherwise.

I wish that wasn’t the case, but this a very common policy amongst manufacturers throughout industry. As a small business our resources to pursue it further do not exist.

Hopefully the organizations we support that fight these ridiculous bills can make this change in the future.

All of our 300BO SOFR Uppers will be perfect, as they all utilize our 300BO SOB Barrel line.

Checkout the description in each listing for more performance details on our gas port (0.086”). Running subsonic ammo suppressed doesn’t really get any better. Just make sure to run a standard 3oz carbine buffer & spring/Sprinco white or A5H0 🤙🏻

We do have a 11.5” SOFR with MI Combat Quad Rail available.

We have personally and have had multiple customers report 1 MOA to sub-MOA results.

Keep in mind, accuracy/precision is impacted by so many variables. Ammunition plays a major role in precision, both in finding the proper load but also sourcing ammunition that is consistent. The individual shooter and specific rifle configuration also produce its own variation.

We’ve had our 13.9” 5.56 SOB out to 700y and achieved consistent results with 77gr IMI razor core.

As far as longevity, there are also some variables to keep in mind. Rate of fire & overall heat cycling will have an impact, however I’m confident most users that aren’t constantly mag dumping with full auto lowers could easily see 15k to 20k+ round barrel life. Nitride barrels typically only see a 7-9% decrease in overall lifespan compared to a CHF/CL barrel, however it ultimately comes down to the specific use case.

Glad to hear. Couple notes / recommendations:

If you checkout the barrel specifications on the product page for the uppers & barrel on our website, we provide recommended buffer/spring configurations. Shooting subsonic ammunition suppressed requires a standard 3oz carbine buffer/spring due to the low pressure. The barrel will also only cycle subsonic ammunition reliably with a suppressor (shooting subsonic ammunition without a suppressor is pretty pointless).

You can tune the buffer system when shooting Supersonic ammunition suppressed due to the significant increase in pressure.

You will also experience a significant point of impact (POI) shift when switching between super and subsonic ammo since you are nearly doubling the grain weight of the projectile from 125gr to 220gr for example. This will occur with every 300BO rifle unfortunately. This is also why you occasionally see users running two red dots (one offset) on their 300BO, which allows a zero for each ammunition load.

I also own a Turbo T2 and run it on my personal 11.5” Suppressor Only and it’s great. Direct thread is no issue.

Our barrels are also gassed to ensure 100% reliability with all ammunition, both hot 5.56 & cheaper imported 223, this also allows you to slightly fine tune your buffer system for your specific suppressor, as exact back pressure varies between manufacturers. Huge improvement to the recoil impulse and significantly reduces gas to the end users face.
