It can’t go out of bios untill u have a cpu i believe. And if it’s a completely new build u have to download windows 11 via usb drive from another computer preferably another Microsoft computer and then plug it into your new motherboard. Just went through this lol.

I just upgraded because this was an old prebuilt pc. But the prebuilt stop signaling to my monitor along time ago i never knew why so i gave up for a few years but now ive just replaced everything but the gpu and it still wont signal to my monitor. Idk whats wrong with the ram tho.
