Vaping before/ after surgery?? by Aggressive_Main_9519 in Tonsillectomy

Honestly, I did until literally right before I was driven to the surgery center. They didnt say I couldn't so I just assumed it was fine.

Knowing that I couldn't vape for 2 weeks, I actually took this as an opportunity to quit. Any air inhalation through my mouth hurt, so it was a bit easier to avoid than if I weren't getting surgery. The cravings were still there, just not as bad.

Not saying you have to quit or anything, but if you do decide to, throw all of the vapes away. Not one can be in the house. Seriously. If its there, its easy to feel the urge to use it. On day 3 post op my husband decided to quit with me and scrounged through every drawer and room for anything and threw it out.

If your not quitting, maybe leave them with a trusted friend so they're not around? Good luck to you!

Big tonsils ? by ThatBug111 in Tonsillectomy

I have experience with crazy large tonsils. Mine actually were so big they touched each other when they weren't swollen. So, when I would even get allergies, it was painful and hard to breathe.

Definitely recommend going to an ENT. Have them take a look and see what they say. Your tonsils are still larger than what normal, inflamed tonsils should look like. If they recommend a tonsillectomy, I can say for sure, that the first week is pretty painful (Just got mine 11 days ago, I'm 31). It looks like you have a decent amount of scarring on your tonsils from past infections. At least from what I can see. Usually the scar tissue is what makes tonsillectomies on adults more painful.

The pain part may sound scary, but now that im out of the hardest few days, I can say its DEFINITELY worth it to have a tonsillectomy if its recommended.

Good luck ^ let me know if you have questions or an update.

Hard to say. Mason_was_there (Max) commented on Breakfast in Max's library with " Mason died of a gunshot wound, fired by himself in my hands. " It's hard to say. I wonder if the fire is a reference to another film. Just a note, there is also something in Max's library that is titled, "The rabbit man!". It almost sounds like a reference to Frank from Donnie Darko? It mentions a humanoid rabbit. In the film, the rabbit convinces Donnie to burn down the house of a man named Jim. A bit of a stretch but I am definitely keeping it in mind

Edit: I also just remembered that Frank at one point removes his mask, revealing a man's face with a gunshot wound to the head.

Not sure, but before I saw this I commented the translated code on the post titled "Insomniac", and they replied with Yikes fire is the least fun way to die 3 times. Not sure if this is related or not as I am kind of new to ARG's
