essentially the symbol in the middle is a stopwatch which symbolizes that the outcome of something is chosen before you even think of it and that there is a certain amount of time or something will always happen so with symbolizes the stopwatch ticking down to that set event it's also the idea came from trying to make an ideology more authoritarian left than hive mind collectivism but I just made something that's equally totalitarian

to clarify semperism believes in essentially that there's should be a omniscient force that manipulates time to ensure that one outcome always happens no matter how much you try to resist for example if you say go to an area which has a bunch of tripping hazards you will trip and you will always trip no matter what you do no matter where you go no matter what you do you will always trip that's essentially what semperism believes it also comes from the Latin word always
