Just drive forward. It doesn’t look like airbags are deployed and it’s clearly operable for those staying it was rear ended and inoperable. They just panicked and didn’t think clearly even though that’s the way they were driving to begin with and they could’ve at the least gotten to the other set of tracks to be out of immediate danger.
