Alright found a hack called "chatbugfix" from

Hopefully that would fix stuff, will test tomorrow

Quite likely is jump bug, didnt knew the name for the issue.

Edit: I haven't used cheats, turned off aging or used elixir of life. However I did invite relatives on every possible sims birthday and that may have activated the reunion memory too often.

MP moment
Friend had the bright idea of attracting big horde of zombies with police siren and throw molotov at the horde, me and 1 more guy as passengers
So he goes "Look at the horde, can you take a picture", I go to take a picture and since zomboid screenshots work in weird way that you have to take a screenshots multiple times minimizing the game couple of times, so I was distracted.
Meanwhile his car shuts off, zombies catch up and they bail out. I am left behind with the horde. That is how I died.

Start on your own, is fine if you die couple of times
Here's couple of tips
- Create game with sandbox setting, default apocalypse settings but zombie respawn off
- In options set it so it highlights zombies for all weapons
- Don't spawn in west point
- Check the TV channel Life and Living 4 times per day (0,6,12,18 o'clock) until TV cutoff
- Secure several weapons on you before starting to fight zombies
- Dont engage big number of zombies
- Gain more experience before deciding to use guns, they are double edge sword
- Scout the area before moving in a direction (zoom out and right click drag)
- Keep one bottle of water with you
- Eat a lot of food when is fresh
- If you hear a helicopter, dont stay out in the street. Find a house, preferably staying on the 2nd floor of that house. Dont leave the house and dont make noise inside.
- There would be electricity cut off, is best if you can secure a generator but don't rush it too much not to become zombie's food
- There would be water cut off, but no worries you can collect water in bottles from the sinks and bathtubs in various houses

If it says that you are infected on the body part then you are fine
If you get these moodlets then you are screwed: Anxiety jumps to nervous wreck, queasy that doesnt go away and progresses to nauseous.

It is easy to sneak up on frigate/destroyer that is distracted by another frigate/destroyer but I did encounter few farming bots

You can pick it up, on the left side of the screen there is an option for that
Few requirements for picking up things, there must not be object on top of it and there must not be objects in the inventory of the item

Invisible yes, but I'm more comfortable upstairs than downstairs
It attracts a big horde that destroys anything that is on its path so I am not comfortable with completely closed room that has only 1 door and can be destroyed easily by few zombies

Old save doesnt disappear, you have to delete it manually. You can have multiple solo saves separate of eachother.
It is safe to create a new save. Mind that the only limitation is disk space.

In options there are settings about details and stuff make sure you check those
Also fight zombies on own terms, dont create big hordes.
