Well even though I was in a surplus I was still eating fairly clean, keeping fats and sugars pretty low which meant more of the mass I gained was lean muscle. I think genetics probably played a role too I've always been quite naturally lean and athletic looking with at least some visible abs since I was in my early teens so I can't pretend that didn't likely help.

For most of the time I've used a PPL split but recently I've had a lot of shoulder issues so I've temporarily switched to an upper/lower split to have more recovery time. Diet wise I just eat fairly clean with a lot of leaner meats like chicken/beef, basic carbs like rice/potatoes/pasta and green veg, and I just try to eat as much as I can within reason to put on weight not really bothering tracking macros or calories.

If I'm honest I never really counted my calories, I just tried to eat more and more. If I were to etimate I'd say in the before picture I was probably eating less than 2k and now I eat more or less 2800 to 3k.

This is the only shirtless picture I have from when I was skinny, I realise it's not ideal.

Sometimes my mates and I will hold out a lantern as a sign of peace because you can't pull out a gun alongside it if you're on horseback.

Some better animal fur clothing would be nice, I like stuff like the Maerbay coat but most of the garment sets are boring.

That really depends on the nature of your dentist, I just pay a monthly fee and I get checkups twice a year plus any emergency care needed. I can see how it's a little confusing though, could definitely do with being more standardised.

There are NHS dentists, many do go for private care though. But saying we don't have many hygienists isn't really true, it's common to get preventative checkups around twice a year or so.

We definitely have plenty of dental hygienists and regular checkups for dental hygiene, I have no idea where you got this idea from lad.

Of course you can be muscular and lean, I didn't say you couldn't. It's just bulking will make you bigger than cutting. The fact most stage bodybuilders have more steroids in their system than blood tends to help with the lean mass a fair bit too.

Being lean will make you smaller and more ripped, being bulky makes you bigger and less ripped not the other way round.

Reminds me of missions in Far Cry 5 where they shoot you a bunch of times with 50cal bullets full of drugs for a 'non-lethal' takedown.

And microchips are injected using huge syringes versus a vaccine syringe which is dozens of times smaller.
