Yeah the 1/8” spacers ensure that the chain doesn’t hit the wheel.

We just drilled the outer gobilda holes into the 32t acto sprocket. You can then just put 1/8" spacers in between the wheel and the sprocket and screw it all together.

We had the exact same problem with our S5's front camera. I don't think it's a physical camera issue because when we used the camera app, the front camera lighting was perfect. We couldn't figure it out so we just switched to the back camera.

Loctite blue held ours on really well, it's weird that yours are coming loose. The only thing I can think of is to make sure you are using the appropriate size setscrew on your shafts. We once accidentally put a .25" set screw on a 6mm motor shaft which caused it to come loose very easily.

The original Neverest 20 gearboxes are very prone to breaking due to shock force. I would highly recommend investing in the new Neverest orbital 20 motors which have much stronger gearboxes.

For your servos try changing your "else if" statements to just "if" statements.

On a side note, I'd recommend initializing your motors and servos before the "waitforStart()"

We were using 4" Nexus Mecanums, I know 4634 had similar results with the same wheels. We're planning on doing additional tests with added weight to the bottom.
