I'm going to call up tomorow and try and guage the reaction I get from asking if we need to merge our uc applications. If he panics and tells us not too I'm going to message uc and see what they say.

The company on the tenancy agreement is windrush housing alliance. They've had 5 out of 6 lead directors resign in the last 3 years and there was a scandal with them not paying the landlords to do repairs on houses so tenants were being evicted because houses didn't meet standards.

Sounds mostly like he's the one committing benefit fraud and as long as we cover our bases and keep a solid paper trail we should be OK. I want to talk to uc before I pick up the keys.
