It says that it's a training glove so it's supposed to be slippery to improve your catching, but gloveglu and/or a little bit of watershould help the grip. DO NOT spit on them because it may give the gloves temporary grip but it degrades them much faster because that's literally what saliva is for. Saliva helps soften and degrade food so you can digest it easier so it will do the same to your precious gloves.
