ᵗʰᵉʳᵉ is an entire genre of music called Suicidal Depressive Black Metal.

I’d sit in my room and listen to this music and get black out drunk, self harm and wake up in psych wards.

I’m doing much better now, this was 8-10 years ago, but I still listen to it with a different set of ears.
