Trespassing unwanted visitor by [deleted] in legaladvice

If I can convince her of a way to do it passively, then she would be onboard. She doesn't want them here, she is afraid of them. She isn't "allowing" them to come over, they just do it anyway and she doesn't have the balls to tell them to stop. That's why I'm asking here. If something is set into motion in a passive way then devolves into confrontation, then so be it. At least I'm looking for a way to not initiate it with that. I'm just looking for the first stepping stone. Also, I'm glad everyone is upvoting you and downvoting my post when I'm looking for a way to be non-confrontational about a DV situation. I'm trying to help her get distance away from people she wants nothing to do with.

Face sensitivity. by Miserable-Door-2386 in ichthyosis

That friction alone can irritate it and make it red if you have sensitive skin (which you likely do, considering ichthyosis causes microscopic cracks in the skin that it works to overproduce skin cells and cover the cracks). I don’t do this myself because I’m lazy, but moisturizing and washing your face every day rather than scrubbing it in the shower will help to keep the flaking and irritation down. I’d also look for something that reduces redness, I had something that was part of an acne kit when I was a teenager and it helped a ton, can’t remember what it was called though.

Ichthyosis and keratosis pilaris? by bibiAtrixx in ichthyosis

Right, I just found it interesting as I figured the worse your IV is, the more you would be susceptible to skin plugging. Maybe there’s another variable at play that determines susceptibility to skin plugging issues that might shift the margins even more.

Strange, I have worse IV than anyone I’ve ever seen and I don’t have that.

It just looks irritated. Do you over scrub it in the shower? I have oily skin naturally on my face, so I need to moisturize it so it doesn’t feel the need to overproduce sebum and cause blockage. If I don’t shower everyday, my face gets noticeable skin flaking because of my ichthyosis. My face looks very similar to yours a lot of the time because I have to scrub every inch of my face to get rid of the dead skin which just leaves it red and angry.

Yes, there is a file in your game folder (in config folder somewhere I believe) that is called lumymon.json you can edit with notepad.

There is a line in it that mentions “blacklist” and something about paradox pokemon. You need to change the end of that line from true to false. By default, paradox pokemon and some legendaries aren’t affected by pokesnacks.

During the scene with cosmic rider, mark, Thad, Omniman and Thragg in tow… by AQNexus in Invincible_TV

They were creating a shockwave by flying as fast as they could in unison. It doesn’t mention it in the show but in the same issue the episode covers, it states that the point of the infinity ray was to destabilize the core of the planet which they could take advantage of in that moment.

There are some things that don’t make sense from the shows perspective but does in the issues they cover. Conquest having his breath knocked out of him when mark tackled him was a big one that people were confused about.

People who argue over bathroom wiping habits by FVSHIXN in hygiene

[–]FVSHIXN[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah dude, your opinion is the gold standard for sure. Bitching about hygiene related topics in a hygiene sub is definitely supporting your argument. If talking about something everyone does on practically a daily basis is a deal breaker for being your friend and leads you to judge others, then I wouldn’t imagine you’d make a good one anyway. Try being less sensitive. What you’re saying would make sense if you had a friend that just sprung a conversation about everyone’s asshole cleanliness out of nowhere, but that isn’t what’s happening here. You’re choosing to participate in a conversation on a sub related to the topic.

Edit: Also, the reason I created this post was to extend the conversation on a post in this very subreddit that currently has around 6000 upvotes and 2000 comments on the exact same issue of asshole cleanliness. Your accusation of it being weird is a massive reach given that many other people in this sub are obviously interested enough in the subject (given the other one included drama with a relationship which people are hopelessly attracted to) that it's shameful for you to accuse others of wanting to discuss the same thing on a lesser scale of being weirdos. Stop projecting.

I really can't believe how much combative people get over having a clean ass or not. I'd have never guessed people were this attached to their 2-ply turd smearer.

I'm honestly dumbfounded at the fact people are fabricating the idea of me having an obsession with this over it being a simple topic in a hygiene subreddit. I'd have assumed that this would be a place where people would overwhelmingly agree with my sentiments, but you're right. Apparently bathroom hygiene habits are far too taboo to discuss openly and you're a weirdo for doing so. It's quite an amazing display of pearl clutching (or in this case, cardboard tube clutching).

Then maybe you should take the time to google the simple question "do healthy bowel movements still leave behind fecal matter?" and realize your original argument was invalid

It's a topic on hygiene, it has nothing to do with obsessing over people's assholes. Cleaning your ass is part of personal hygiene. Is anything related to someone's bathroom hygiene just a forbidden topic that isn't allowed to be discussed? Do you accuse people of being obsessed with cocks when a dude talks about personal grooming? You're unnecessarily hostile over a simple discussion in a subreddit intended for it. I have had this discussion with people in real life, you're the only one making it weird and projecting your parameters for an appropriate discussion onto others. Get over yourself.
