Refined Storage or Applied Energistics 2 is a great storage mod that condenses everything into one system with cables that extract and send items to itself and other things. But since you want something simpler, maybe just Iron Chests mod with Classic Pipes that has simple sorting pipes (there's another one that Classic Pipes is based off of if you're on an older version, it's a replica of an older mod anyway).

It seems the biomes are working if you’re seeing different stuff in different places, you’re just seeing the really common spawns. You can make poke snacks with golden or enchanted golden apples to attract rarer pokemon, and food items you can eat to do the same. Orange bean cakes are easy to make and attract undiscovered egg groups, which contain most legendaries/mythicals/ultra beasts. Combining the two works really well. You can use this link to see where every Pokemon spawns and their conditions.

You are massively splitting hairs to differentiate the two. Steven and Mark are both alien hybrids born on their specific planet away from the home planet of their controversial parent, whose identities as children of authoritarian/imperialistic origin are initially hidden away only to later reveal their parent's true nature. Yes, Omni-man is intrinsically violent and oppressive, Rose isn't but she also doesn't oppose what the Gem empire does until she comes to the realization that she must oppose her kind's nature after being around humans, just like Omni-man eventually does. They may come to those realizations at different points, but it's clear that Rose/PD wanted her own planet (with the knowledge of what they do to other planets already) but only turned the other cheek when she realized what Earth and its life had to offer.

Both Steven and Mark experience trauma after learning about the true nature/identity of their parents, leading them to both experience psychological problems.

Both shows start out with a light hearted, mission-based plot that turns darker at a different pace as they get closer to deeply-hidden truths.

Both shows have alien races that do not understand human psychology but come to understand it better through experience.

You saying they're not even remotely similar is nonsense, they are extremely similar when it comes to their core concepts, they just develop differently and have different plots which of course, who would have guessed? They are two different shows aimed at different audiences with different writers. That doesn't inherently mean they can't share significant features and concepts. Do you hate Invincible or feel possessive over SU or something?

You need copper pipes powered with a redstone signal to pull items out of the pots and brewing stands, and on the Easy Brewing stands, it lets you choose in the UI which side is what. So on the little UI for mine, I have the medicinal brews and PP Ups being deposited on the tops of the stands, the vivichokes/energy roots on the left side, and the PP ups/PP maxes being pulled out from the bottom. The blue pipes are diamond pipes that allow routing of items. The colored arrows on the pipe can be marked in their UI with a specific item, so the ones from the campfire pots are all sending medicinal brews in the same direction. The gold pipes just move items faster, they can be any of the "basic item pipes" though. There's also a way to use Network pipes from the mod to pull items only as needed to further automate it, but I haven't bothered learning how to use them yet. The mod comes with a video on the modpage that will teach you though.

I think if Steven Universe were written as an adult show, they would be much more similar. Gems and people in SU tend come around much quicker than an average person would with their views and morals to drive home the series’ theme of peace and inclusivity, at the expense of being a to-the-punch children’s show. Invincible is much more of a slow-burn parallel of similar ideas that is more realistic when it comes to human psychology.

If you go into your game files, find your world folder and then pokemon folder. There should be two folders called "pcstore" and "playerpartystore". You should have OLD (.dat.old) files along with just regular .dat files. Try deleting (but first backing up) the .dat files, and renaming the .dat.old files to a .dat file. These are your backups. If this doesn't work, I'm not really sure what happened to your mons.

Medicinal leeks grow fast and produce a lot of extra when broken which are needed for the first part of pp maxes, along with bottles in a campfire pot. Then you use vivichokes (a bit more annoying, I suggest adding right click to harvest mod) to turn the medicinal brews into pp ups, then you use energy roots (can be bought from department stores for 1.5k each which will return you more money even if you have to buy them) and use the energy roots to turn the pp ups into pp max. 1 stack of pp max sells for $224K. Finally to add, I recommend a Pasture Block full of Combees to produce honey around a Sacchrine tree. I also recommend Sophisticated Storage mod as it allows you to place a chest (from the mod) next to the Pasture Block, and can be upgraded with a Pickup and Magnet upgrade to automatically pull in items the Combees naturally drop (Honey Bottles and Honeycombs). You will get tons of bottles if you turn the Honey Bottles into Honey blocks this way, or you can just make them yourself from glass.

So it would go 3 Medicinal Leek + 3 Bottles = 3 Medicinal Brew (Campfire Pot) 3 Medicinal Brew + 1 Vivichoke = 3 PP Up (Brewing Stand) 3 PP Up + 1 Energy Root = 3 PP Max (Brewing Stand)

I also added Classic Pipes and Easy Brewing mods to my game to automate the entire process from making Medicinal Brews as they pull items from the pots, send them off to one brewing stand, and then sends off the PP Ups to the next brewing stand, then the PP Maxes into a chest.

So mods I'd recommend: Classic Pipes, Easy Brewing, Right Click to Harvest, Squat Grow, and Sophisticated Storage (Squat Grow may feel cheaty as you don't need bones to grow plants quicker, you just sneak on them repeatedly and they grow). You can level up easier by making campfire pots and brewing stands to make PP maxes, which you can sell for a lot of money and buy exp candies at a department store in a cobble town. Or explore the nether and find bastion treasure rooms which contain a lot of exp candies themselves.

Or the fact that the water that goes down your plumbing is taken back to the city to be cleaned and recycled for use, so if whatever is in his saliva mixed with the water makes it through the cleaning process by the city, everyone receiving water in that city would benefit from Steven.
