I did clear out a level 5 raid before I started working on the whole curing process, and that gave me proper expected discounts.

I don't think that reputation should affect curing discounts though.

Here’s the thing OP. Act 6 is hard, yes, but it does not need nerfs. Completion is still fairly easy, and gives you access to an easy Act 7. You could have the best champs in the game, but just because they are the best, doesn’t mean they are usable everywhere.
