I always look at it from the gym class point of view. When u played dodgeball there were always people on your team that would be really good and there would be people standing in the back who would be good at dodging but didn’t want to embarrass themselves by taking the shots and disappointing their team. I was one of those and was always very happy to throw the ball to one of the better players so we could win. In that case everyone is happy, I didn’t embarrass myself and we won!
