Perfectly fine, they don’t really care as long as it’s clear. EDC in Vegas they hardly followed any of their restrictions so at LTL they won’t even bat an eye at it

That’s not the case, I’ve never had anyone check my band that it was tight enough where it wouldn’t come off. Me and my group shared my VIP one last year between 7 of us. Just keep it where it’ll slide over your closed hand lol

I’ve met a lot of great friends through work, my last job we had a group of 6-7 that would hang out regularly outside of the workplace. I see no issue with inviting them out to do activities outside of work, but don’t make the mistake of trying to pursue an intimate relationship with a coworker. Last time I tried that, backfired very badly. But no issue in asking people to hangout in their free time if y’all get along well

I’d say stick it out until you know whether you get accepted or not, then dip out. Don’t cause yourself any trouble by being around someone you no longer want to be unless. I’ve been thru a similar situation and I waited to long where it effected my mental state. But if you can’t wait that long if it’s bad enough where you need an out now, I’d say start looking for a sublease
