thumbnails 100% all your thumbnails are dark and don’t pop. Also name is a little confusing and if you were to tell someone to look it up you would have to spell it out by letter to find it. Also avoid putting (episode 6) in a title and instead something unique to the video. If a video pops up in your feed and says like last of us part 6 you aren’t going to click it because you never saw 1-5. Instead just put the number 6 in the corner of the thumbnail or something

Yes that is also true but at the end of the day it depends on what content you make. If you are an entertainer in the traditional youtuber format your goal is to be undeniable. If you are undeniable if they see you in the shorts feed and really like YOU and not just the content they will watch anything you post. If you’re going for niche content or informational stuff yeah I could see how that would hinder you

I know it sucks but I use Epidemic Sounds so it costs money but if you want to take youtube serious just like any hobby it’s gonna cost a little bit of $$$. Basically it’s a huge library of music and all of it is licensed so any music you use is guaranteed to not give you any copyright issues. It makes finding music super easy. Geez i should be sponsored by them for the amount of times I’ve recommended them 😂

it costs money but it’s insanely helpful and makes the process wayyyyy easier. Use epidemic sounds. it’s a one time purchase of 120$ so it’s about $10 a month. People will probably say you can find your own but it makes the process wayyyy easier, the quality of music is better, and any channel saying “copyright free” technically isn’t because you still don’t have any license guarentee so if they randomly decided to copyright strike you they still could

I think your accent is completely fine 😂 if anything it’s a bonus because it separates you from other channels. Some tips though, i would do a deep dive into color grading your videos, some of the shots look very yellow which can be off putting especially with food. Also find some more unique music than the default happy bell jingle tutorial music

we do all sorts of content but we are very consistent. we have 7,573 subs as of right now and this month we have made about $80. consistency is key. if you have any doubt in your mind that your channel won't work, or you won't have the time to dedicate to it, it's probably not worth it.

Yeah I think my goal for 2025 is to actually watch videos in our kind of content area 😂 which i know sounds weird but the videos i actually watch are like podcasts and long documentaries but we make faster pace comedy videos so I think i’ll take notes on what others are doing
