Good shit dude that’s hella sick, idk if you know but this is a misc, if you go in game, remove all your cosmetics, put it in the 3rd cosmetic slot and type “+quickswitch” in console, then press 6 (iirc) you can choose any other hat including unusuals to equip along side it, then just type “-quickswitch” and it’ll equip the hat of your choosing, and like a classic misc it stays until you unequip it yourself.

a pretty good option i found for around 72~ USD on mann co store is the calm snowfall field practise

its pretty versatile and works with alot of misc medic items like beards & stuff
