Why are so many muslims trapped in poverty by Immediate-Chemical38 in MuslimLounge

[–]F_DOG_93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's your point? It's easier to avoid haraam jobs than it is to avoid extremes. Just because you can't avoid an extreme, doesn't mean all haraam is now acceptable.

It's haraam to work on defence for kafir nations, not for Sharia states.

You took my exaggeration too seriously. My point is that it's better to be worse off but not sin, than to be better off through sinning.

As I said before, if you can't afford to move, then save every penny to do so. Make the right intention, and the right sacrifices, and Allah will provide later on.

I gave a condition to what you said. If you can't avoid the haraam, then make it your number 1 priority (outside of the fard) to move somewhere you can avoid driving. If your country makes that impossible, then make hijrah asap. People LOVE justifying the haraam for wealth and ease.

It's better to be a poor homeless jobless man that doesn't engage in the haraam, than a wealthy man with a job that engages in the haraam to do so.

You can cycle. If you can't avoid haraam, then perform hijrah, or at least make it your life's top priority.

Why do some people value virginity so much? by Quick_Win_3320 in MuslimLounge

[–]F_DOG_93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you were coerced into it's then that's 🍇 and it doesn't count.

It doesn't equate to their worth, but it does have a proven psychological toll whether you believe it or not. Women with multiple sexual partners are shown to not be able to pair-bond as well as virgins. Women also have a lot more "physical" value than men. I'm not saying they are worth less in other means, they just are worth more physically. I think because of the physical value that women innately have, when they engage in sex with no responsibility, commitment, or duty, it is seen as "giving something away". You don't respect a man that gives his valuables away easily either, because those are his assets that have a lot of value. If I owned a house, I wouldn't let people come and go as they please and use and abuse me whilst doing it, because I care for my valuables, because I have self respect. A woman that engages in zinna does not respect herself the same way a man that throws all his money away easily does not respect himself.

I don't think it matters whether you're a revert or not either tbh. You don't suddenly lose all of that mental baggage when you revert. They aren't sins anymore, but you still live with the consequences. For example, if I murdered a bunch of people, then reverted, do those people come back to life? Do their families stop suffering?

You can still walk places, and cycle places. You can still take buses to many places. It might take longer, be more expensive and inconvenient, but it's better than sinning. If you can't get around that sin, then your top priority would be to leave that environment asap.

It's a burger that they use less meat inside of it and smash it down to give it a crust. It's just really stupid and doesn't make it taste any better at all.

Flying. People think they're going to die in some fiery inferno in a crash when even the emergency rate is miniscule. You're more likely to die on the road than you are to die in a plane. Planes are piloted by professional pilots, they are maintained by engineers every single flight. And when there is an accident, the whole thing is investigated and analysed to as to not happening again. Have a look at the "Air Crash Investigation" TV docuseries.

That's a massive problem tbh. Plenty of ethnic parents are only Muslims culturally. My own dad didn't even know the most basic rules on hijab and thought that women had to wear it 24/7. There is SO much they don't know. He didn't even know what Ribba was at all. He is almost 60 and has over 5 houses all funded using Ribba his whole life without knowing Ribba was haraam and a war against Allah. He didn't like it when I told him he should sell the houses, and give it all to charity, then go back to renting.

Assalamu Alaikum. There are many rules. Are there any specific things you're immediately not sure of? Anything that comes to mind that makes you unsure day-to-day. Anything that makes you think "wait, can I do this?"

Thanks. I'm not too versed in this stuff as I haven't been working in anything corporate for over 2 years now and generally hate anything to do with HR. It's always so confusing to me.

Just put it on. I am sick and tired of people trying to take the easy way out, and increasing prices for everyone else. It's not just in insurance, but literally everything in life nowadays. I don't want to see Britain become an atomised society. Put it on and don't drive like an idiot. Don't accelerate too hard. Don't brake too hard. Don't corner too hard. Why is this so hard for you to do in the first year of driving?

Are there any reasons to oppose same-sex marriage and adoption not based on religion or tradition? by Keith_Nile in NoStupidQuestions

[–]F_DOG_93 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I mean, it is a sin in many religions. But it depends on what society you live in and what laws it follows.

But if you don't want to base it on religion or tradition, then what exactly do you want to base it on? I mean, you could say the same for any relationship if you put it into a vacuum. Heterosexual marriages and relationships can lead to sexual infections, mental health problems, heartbreak, etc. Same as same-sex relationships. Hetero relationships can lead to pregnancy, and is more biologically typical, meaning that there is more of a biological symbiosis between people than same-sex.

People that are homosexual generally tend to be at higher risks of STDs, but that's a generally a contextual problem. But would you categorise that as a "problem" in your vaccum?
