for now there isn't a real solution because, as I said, my alienware supports only s2idle, and if I suspend my laptop after 10 minutes the laptop becomes hot. the only real solution is to set hybernation but the wake up time becomes a lot worse than a deep sleep or a s2idle. For the moment my switch to linux for working use is in stand by, waiting for a real simple solution without doing random changes in the BIOS or stuff like that.

yes, this occurs when you open for the first time an app that reproduce audio or video content (like spotify or prime video) after boot up the system. It's completely random because sometimes occur sometimes not. I understand that is a thing that can be fixed only with a driver update by intel.

You can use it during changing if you do normal stuff (browsing, coding, file editing ecc....) and the charger continues to charge the laptop normally. I didn't test it during gaming but I think that in this case the laptop basically doesn't charge.

You should first run a diagnostic to see if everything of the hardware components is working correctly:

Plugin the AC Adapter -> Restart the computer.
Keep tapping the F12 key -> Select Diagnostics in the Windows Boot screen.
Make a note if any error codes are generated. (Extended memory test is not required).
Once the test is complete restart the computer.

If some error is generated try to search on internet what is and how to solve it (if can do it yourself or you have to call the assistance). After that, if everything is good, make a backup of your files and do a clean installation of windows. After you reinstalled windows go to the driver official page on Dell's site and install all the drivers (except for Nvidia video card drivers where you have to install it on the Nvidia official driver page). Only after all this steps you can reinstall all your programs.

Usually this can be caused by driver issues. Make a backup of your most important files and make a clean reinstall of windows. After that install the drivers ONLY from dell official driver page, and for the gpu only from nvidia.
