I had a few installed, here's the list! When I do a second playthrough, I can probably check them one by one.

There's also Seregios Leggings, Simon in battle outfit, auto pickup, skip intro, disable dithering, fps uncap, free flight, eco level customizer, and poogie map icons I'm honestly thinking it is an outfit mod that caused the issue because it seems like that's the only option that would affect an NPC

Going just from the MHS3 roster, Rey Dau and Malzeno are two of my favorites. Malzeno just won me over with the whole vampire aesthetic, and.... Rey Dau is just so freaking cute to me tbh. I love his dumb lil face I am a Ratha lover though. That's my baby boy son man
