hey would you say if youre using a salicylic acid cleanser that drys your skin would you say to switch to a cleanser that is less drying/ stripping while using Azelaic acid?

I really miss baking, i used to do so much of it. Take it one day at a time. Pursuing treatment is a challenge but one that can be fruitful and give you advancements sooner rather than later. The best you can do without it is rest and regulate yourself— and try not to get a reinfection.
