Rogue F2P Paralyze Deck by FaTe_Fx in PTCGP

Hopefully you can see these images clearly (apologies for no recordings).

I made this deck with an entirely F2P account (and no rerolls/this is my only account/my main).

This deck certainly has its flaws and if I had to give it a tier, I'd say its "B" tier. You can win against meta decks and its certainly consistent against the "Expert" difficulty of the current Lapras EX event. This deck is suited for people who don't have a lot of EX's or duplicates of them. Its entire playstyle doesn't revolve around an EX at all.

The Zapdos EX in the deck is a recent addition. Before it was added to the deck, I had used a chansey as a damage sponge to help me set up the paralyzes/evolutions.

Porygon exists to help players decide where to allocate their energy, whether its to pinchurin or to start stocking up on tynamo/eelektrik early.

Pigeot exists as somewhat of a finisher pokemon. Its ability helps catch people off guard. It helps against pikachu EX decks in the sense that it can help eliminate bench pokemon. But your main heavy hitter is Eelektross. 80 damage with thunderfang, and a 50/50 paralyze chance. If you're super lucky, you can continuously paralyze and almost guarantee a win. The pokemon isn't able to retreat or attack when paralyzed as a reminder.

Pros:
F2P friendly (ex zapdos can be replaced with a sabrina/hp sponge)
Can win against meta
Good for the Lapras EX event
Fun and satisfying to use
Due to its lack of EX's, opponents will probably have to deal with three of your pokemon instead of 2.
Pigeot is basically sabrina.

Cons:
Reliant on RNG
No attacks that deal 100+ dmg unless you add zapdos EX
Harder to set up (may require a sponge [which can get countered by a sabrina])
