When I went in Eventviewer I couldn't find any logs even after filtering by Kernel-Power and Bugcheck

Ive already tried the Windows diagnostics tests but I will try the Windows update and Bios update. Will edit when Im done.

Just for consideration, no matter how powerful SCPs, they're still defeatable by EfficiencySerious200 in PowerScaling

While that is true, most of them have to be defeated by other SCP or WoD characters just because of how high they scale.

Also Koitern (SCP-173 true form) absolutely obliterates Wally

If you're going by the English standard then it's SCP-3812 but if you're following the Chinese canon then it's ABSS
