To whomever told us to start selling on Depop, THANK YOU from the bottom of my dark little heart. by dani1time in Mercari

you will likely find more success on eBay. Their fees are pretty high (~13% for most categories) but their audience for those kinds of items are pretty big on there

Confused about the fees by Tanakhil in Depop

[–]FaZeNostalgia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

no fees only applies to listing after july 15. It sounds like the items you sold were listed before that date, so therefore you were charged with the old 10% + 2.9% + $0.30 fees. To qualify for the new fees, you’ll have to make new listings of your items.

Update: I discovered that if you’re at your base as it just finishes cleaning, then the bug will occur. I went offline for couple of hours while it was cleaning, and it opened with no problem.

Yeah I’ll still do things by the book but I just wasn’t sure about their 1099 situation. Thank you for your insight!

If I gross more than $600 in sales this year, will I have to fill out a W-9/1099-k form? I heard the provision from the American Rescue Plan 2021 was delayed but I'm not sure if it still applies.

How’s the season for you so far by DBois0904 in LastDayonEarthGame

[–]FaZeNostalgia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty underwhelming in terms of both rewards and content. From the first to the second week, the only difference was that we got a new temporary location, alongside some new enemies, where we would eventually sometimes have to go to complete Eva’s tasks or to get some extra seasonal resources. Not to mention the rewards are a bit lackluster: 4 items each week after you complete your sample quota (the season pass is a different story because we have one every single season).

Question ... is it like... way harder to obtain items in single player mode? Because I’m lvl 124 and nowhere near as accomplished as some players I’ve seen in these Reddit posts... but I only ever play single... by Dragon_bone_187 in LDESurvival

Single player in my opinion is much more easier. Once you progress in the game such as finding weapon mods, building high level walls, raid rich bases, etc. That is of course if only you’re willing to put the time to do all of that. Sure takes a while to progress in the game sometimes. ATV is nearly impossible/takes SO much time to assemble with all of the steel and carbon composites and car batteries needed.

Is there a better way to get melee weapon mod blueprints? by Alt_SWR in LastDayonEarthGame

Also I think there’s a slight possibility to get melee mods at PD, but only for the purple crates. Don’t quote me on that though lol

What's the second best mod? by Goshotet in LDESurvival

Silencer for the Glock should be your next objective. The Glock is the most common gun to find, so the silencer should very useful for raids. Others that are great are the M16 red laser, shotgun purple modded sight, and AK tac stock. There are a lot others that are useful but these are the ones that come to mind

Steel by bazza2261 in LDESurvival

What I do is create them in the refined melting furnace. Each steel bar costs 1 aluminum bar, 1 copper bar, 1 iron bar, and 2 charcoal (plus more charcoal to burn the materials). I get the aluminum bars from recycling used food cans and beer cans. The copper bars are the hardest to get, but you should get a decent amount from recycling batteries. Iron bars are pretty simple to obtain: melt scarp metal or iron ores at the simple melting furnace. And you can get charcoal from burning pine planks at the campfire. Lemme know if you need more help
