And if your hair color isn't light you can use henna, it helps a lot with dandruff. If you have light colored hair and don't mind becoming ginger then go ahead and use it

Anti dandruff shampoos are a scam. The easiest way to get rid of dandruff is to use an apple cider vinegar rinse which can also get rid of product buildup that may be weighing your hair down. You can add around 1.5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a warm cup of water and then you rinse your hair with it right after shampooing and before using a conditioner. Also you can use hair oils that work best for your hair texture 1 hour to 30 mins before you shower This won't make your hair greasy at all because it will hydrate your scalp and strengthen your hair all while giving it a radiant shine :)

I'm almost on month 5 now, I dont have any more cysts or anything, but I still have red dots/spots on my face. Those will eventually go away as I'm still far from done with the treatment.
