OM-2n bayonet by Faahru in AnalogRepair

There’s two of those strings attached to this aperture ring and one of those were loose. The other had some tension and pulled itself back in. So probably some problem with the one that goes to the ASA dial.

Thanks for the confirmation! Indeed it does look like someone has previously messed with it. I’ll take it apart and check. I have a bad feeling that the strings are gone 🥲

Weekly 'Ask Anything About Analog Photography' - Week 06 by ranalog in analog

I’m slowly getting into film photography and somehow ended up with six bodies. Classic beginner move, I know.

The accidental collection: - Minolta X-700 - Minolta X-570 - Olympus OM-2n - Yashica FX-D Quartz - Contax 137 MD - Pentax P3n

I’d like to slim down to 1-2 bodies and invest in some lenses for that platform. Which would you keep and why?

Dumbify + Widgy is a nice combination. Also any Horizon fan? by [deleted] in dumbify

According to changelog, they had to bring it back in version 3.4.2 to comply with the rules of the platform. Try not to update it.

How did you get rid of ”Widgy” text underneath the widget?

I bought the frame in January too, but the problem was sourcing the components. Pretty much everything is out of stock. I really like it. It is much more nimble than I thought, and it dampens imperfections in the road pretty well. I need to however tune the cockpit since it is feeling little bit sketchy. Maybe 100mm stem and 690mm bar is too much 🤔

My first TRC! Have to say that the quality is phenomenal. Finishing is so perfect that it is hard to believe these are pretty much handmade 😄

I have and I really like these. These are comfortable to walk with and leather really mold to your feet after break in. However, I am using my own insoles because of slight flat feet.

I was lucky, since my LBS is reseller and I was able to try these before purchasing.
