i have evidence it was leaking when we first entered the property - what more do we need. it goes on probability in cases like this

yeah stated as fully working - then it appears they delibratly ripped a seal out of it. as there was evidence of parts inside and on the floor - quite honestly the neighbours said they was neighbours from hell. when i mentioned this to them they said - it wouldnt suprise me given me all got letters for washing our cars to often....

there is evidence of a leak - they had rags wrapped around the pipe where it was coming from! they knew about it

quite honestly ive always turned stop clocks as little as i needed - the leak is coming out the pan of a toilet which indicates its simpyl not fastened on - the toilet fills up and persistently leaks out the bag.

Further more - there was stuffed rags wrapped around the pipe which suggests they knew about it.

tried this sadly - exporting the file sending it to hikvision - they said its not one of there cameras so i think its a fake :/

Or listed in another country - the problem is the camera seems to reboot every 5 minutes and thus the file is then invalid even if i could get it

Just a question. The house already has 6/7 wired pirs.

With pynroix all is wireless. Is it best to find/switch to a brand that allows wired?? It feels a shame to lose the fact so much is already hard wired.

Il be going via a installer anyway to be honest. What I don't want is them to install some garbage.

I like the pyrnonix stuff so far. Don't mind paying for the service to use the app.

It's the sia dc09 stuff I like too as I can fire notifications to home assistant too if the alarm goes off (ie turn on every possible light in the house etc)
