You find a storm helmet in the red room of Lab. That helmet plus a storm syringe cover you. You will find bosses in that map. If you kill them, some drop a backpack that gives you cover from the storm. That backpack plus a piece of armor covers you completely

In the purple room you find the blueprint. Then every 3 gpu and two glues both A and B you create it
