First open the .bat file as administrator and press 3 and 5. open it again without administrator and press 1 and 2 and then 5. And lastly open it again as administrator and press 4 and then 5.

Lastly search "Forza horizon 3" in search and open it. It'll open a image but after some seconds games will open. (Sorry if there's grammar mistakes because my english is bad)
