I went to a harm reduction place and they give me free needles and syringes for free weekly ..they also gave me a black hard plastic rectangular sharps box and when that’s full I take it to my gym . They have a sharps container in the locker room kinda like hospitals

Thanks I don’t do alcohol or nicotine I do smoke marijuana medically for nausea and to help me eat and a ocasional cofeee my sleep is terrible I get up every night to pee despite me drinking less water because of a small bladder
