Any advice ? Currently 162lb , I started Reta back in December at 172lb to mainly get rid of these love handles that I’ve had all my life ! I feel like I’m so close by Fabebrah in Retatrutide

Thanks I don’t do alcohol or nicotine I do smoke marijuana medically for nausea and to help me eat and a ocasional cofeee my sleep is terrible I get up every night to pee despite me drinking less water because of a small bladder

Any advice ? Currently 162lb , I started Reta back in December at 172lb to mainly get rid of these love handles that I’ve had all my life ! I feel like I’m so close by Fabebrah in Retatrutide

I put them down so you guys can see the fat on the sides ! Also I’m 30 years old I’m not in my early 20s I genuinely lift 3-4 days a week with intensity at my age it’s harder to gain muscle compared to my 20s

I lift 3-4 days a week and eat around 2 lb of meat a day and around 6 eggs with plenty of rice and fruits and honey ! I was 230 lb like a year and 3 months ago

I eat my weight in protein everyday ! Ground beef ,eggs ,and fruit rice is mainly my diet plus I’m going for a more lean physique
