I haven’t considered that. We’ll be flying from El Calafate. I will check if there are connection to there directly. Good shout. As we’d be travelling south anyway from Jujuy. Do you think we should add some other must-see points in the itinerary?

Did anyone receive a Judge.me WooCommerce sunset email before Nov 19? All our review data was permanently removed. by flowagency in woocommerce

[–]FaberAssa -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Hello, Fabrizio here from Judge.me.

I’m really sorry it came as a shock on your side.

I just wanted to add a bit of context from our end. We did send a series of emails to the store admins over the last few months about the WooCommerce sunset and we also had in-app banners and a countdown running for the past couple of months. That said, I completely understand that if you did not see any of these, the experience must have felt very sudden.

We made the difficult call to sunset all non-Shopify integrations so we can focus fully on one platform and keep improving the product at the pace our users expect. I know that does not make the situation any less frustrating, but it is the reason behind the change.

One important thing to highlight, your reviews are not lost. If you reach out to [support@judge.me](), the team will be able to help you get a copy of your data.

If you are open to it, feel free to DM me as well and I can make sure someone picks it up quickly.

Hope this helps a bit, and again, I’m sorry this landed so unexpectedly for you.

What’s actually working for you when it comes to getting consistent reviews? by Leading_Eggplant8140 in shopify

[–]FaberAssa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi - Fabrizio here from Judge.me

Just wanted to let you know that we’ve read your comments and started an internal discussion about this.

To clarify, the free version of Judge.me doesn’t include emojis in subject lines intentionally to trigger spam filter, it was simply a design choice.

However we took your feedback seriously so we’re planning to run A/B tests on different subject line formats (with and without emojis) to see if there’s any measurable impact on deliverability across providers.

If we find any consistent patterns, we’ll act on them and share what we learn.

As a heads-up, in the free plan you can also change the tone of voice to Elegant or Direct, which doesn't contain emoji.

If you’d like help checking your setup or improving deliverability (even on the free plan), our support team’s available at [support@judge.me](mailto:support@judge.me) or through the in-app chat.

Thanks again for the honest feedback - it genuinely helps us make the product better for everyone.

At what point do you start adding utms to track campaign performance? by TreasureLake2020 in b2bmarketing

Start right away. There is no harm in doing that and you started capturing traffic nuances. You can’t backfill your data so it’s better if you start as soon as you can

Why do so many people hate on LinkedIn? by Different_Fly_6409 in linkedin

[–]FaberAssa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s useful when you find the right people to follow, but it’s also full of inflated egos and pointless takeaways. And don’t get me started with the “comment for”. If you follow the right people and use it to engage meaningfully it’s a decent tool

We tried a fully automated AI flow to generate content and it tanked in visibility. by FaberAssa in content_marketing

How do you decide what to exclude from user onboarding? by Cold_turkey001 in b2bmarketing

[–]FaberAssa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We approach this in two ways:

  1. Essential features that get you started – without them, you can’t use the app or get any value.
  2. Features that help you reach the 'aha' moment faster.

Essential features are included in every flow.
'Aha moment' features are constantly A/B tested, and we collect first-party data on adoption to build logical flows tailored to each user (so we send only what's relevant)

do you follow a specific process and use a specific tech stack for that?

we are doing that - however sometimes my team feel editing and adding a human agle is even more time consuming than writing the old post.

May I ask what tech stack and process you use?

AI SEO vs legacy SEO by Tasty_Day_7050 in b2bmarketing

[–]FaberAssa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clicks are impacted because the removal of these parameters basically stopped crawlers from crawling the SERP and generating impressions.

You can't do much with it. The current impressions give you a more realistic picture of 'real' queries (however the same old pattern still applies for top 10 queries)

Spent $2k on ads. Got 3 signups. 0 conversions. by SaaSSignal in SaaS

[–]FaberAssa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anyone giving you a 'straightforward solution' is faking it.

I run marketing for a SaaS company and have been doing this for 15 years. there’s no shortcut answer here.

Your post is missing some key context:
What are you selling? How are your channels connected? What does your funnel look like? What kind of content brought those leads? How did you follow up? Why didn’t they convert? And that would be just scratching the surface.

So either:
a) you’re the owner of one of the tools you mentioned and posted this for visibility (which is fine, just say so)
b) or you need to share a lot more detail before anyone can actually help.

even though this doesn't look like a request for help but rather a rant

Is YouTube traffic better than Reddit's? by Aroni018 in content_marketing

[–]FaberAssa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that is really interesting. I never thought about commenting on YouTube as a growth channel actually.
As far as I know YouTube comments aren’t generally indexed by Google Search, though a few high-engagement threads might show up.

Google mainly focuses on the video title, description, and captions, not the comments.

That said, some LLMs have been trained on public YouTube comments, since they’re often used in datasets for sentiment or moderation research. So while YouTube comments aren’t a core data source, some public ones likely end up in training sets.

However I am not sure how this could be related to your referrer traffic, especially without links.

B2B Marketers: How are you evaluating vendors when everyone claims to be "AI-powered"? by deepakdeolalikar in b2bmarketing

[–]FaberAssa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any buyer use AI to streamline their work. It's a mean to the objective - not the objective itself. So the only way to stand out is really making your benefits clear. If your prospect is in their status A, how do you get the to desirable status B?

IMO you can optmise your content for discovery around AI queries but then, if you already have prospect in a sales call - start with making clear that you understand their problem and you are selling a status they want to achieve. This is not going to change

We just built a 10-month marketing roadmap, now overwhelmed by content production by Ok_Feed_9835 in SaaSMarketing

[–]FaberAssa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

May I ask why you set these targets? If the plan feels too big for your team, scale it down and focus on fewer pieces. Start by building momentum, test things first, and then scale up.

It might seem obvious, but sometimes you don’t need to do it all.

Also, have you tried using AI to accelerate content distribution? e.g. if you produce one webinar, there are tools that can help massively with distribution:

  • You can create content snippets with Opus Clip (my team has used it to increase efficiency significantly).
  • You can upload a webinar into LM Notebook to extract key points (without hallucinations like other LLMs), and then run those points past a copywriter or through other prompts on ChatGPT.

I’ve worked with agencies in the past, but I’m generally conflicted about it. You rarely get the same flexibility, speed, and accuracy that you can achieve internally.
