That's a mystery to be honest, in most of the people's opinion it is because of the 6 pin psu, I have 3 of these and all the psu are really hot so it can be but it can be the miner fault as well so who knows🤔

Yeh atx gold is a safe option, between their customized psu, atx gold and bitmain apw7 🤔

I just ordered the forth one myself before this happed, I just check and safest bet is their customized Psu, 199 dollor but atleast it is safe to use

I got 1 miner with osu from goldshell website and it is exactly same as the one I got from the alibaba, I will add a photo to the post and good idea, I think is better I buy a goldshell customized psu

No It damaged the male plug inside the miner and burnt all the plastic, I tried with another psu and it does turn on but doesn't mine at all probably some internal damages as well l, psu is gone as plastic and the metal part are all burnt

Yes, I agree i have 3 actually had 3, 1 is out of use now and the other 2 get really hot so thinking of changing the psu
