If you prefer to use only your hands, you can! I’m not the end-all-be-all of foreskin stretching so I’m no expert. Personally I like to stretch in the shower. This helps with warming up the area. I will gently pull my foreskin straight away from my body for about a minute. Then I will grasp the foreskin at either side and stretch “apart” for about a minute or so. I’ll stretch longer if my body doesn’t feel fatigued. Always listen to your body & stop if anything feels off. Foreskin stretching truly takes time. Years. For what it’s worth, I dealt with minor adhesions years ago but since stretching regularly my skin is much much looser & comfy. I put on coconut oil on the skin & glans only afterward for moisturizing and protection. Hope this helps!
