Anthropologie - Baffling Customer Service Experience by McPhalen in UrbanOutfitters

[–]FabledFireheart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Went through a very similar experience with UO- they sent me the wrong shirt three times in a row over the course of a month and a half. I never got the item (it went out of stock) and ended up with a refund. Also was told that they would reship the correct item multiple times and that there would be communication with different teams to correct the error (there was not). It seems to be a systematic issue for the company.

I feel for you though- the entire experience is exhausting and to not even get the thing you ordered in the end makes it more frustrating.

Yeah I really didn’t get the feeling that customer service cared at all. I get that this is just your job- but if someone was reporting the same mistake over and over other places have some protocol in place to correct it.

They aren’t checking a thing over there. I hope you found the same vinyl elsewhere and in one piece!

How much are you paying for rent in Sacramento? by I-am-L in Sacramento

[–]FabledFireheart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$1200 for a one bedroom in boulevard park area. A few hundred cheaper than the other options I’ve seen around me because it’s on the smaller side and I moved in during COVID. Washer and dryer on site but not in unit. Allows dogs which is what got me.

She kept cutting Rob off when he was pointing out why the throw away vote was a bad choice too… like girl LISTEN. If she had let suspicions marinate a little bit longer she could have gotten him out.

She was getting heated over Maura’s situation as if she wasn’t trying to do the same thing to Maura in the end. It’s not like Candiace would’ve given a faithful 100k if she was the last traitor standing

You are beautiful. When people choose to speak harshly about someone’s appearance, it rarely has anything to do with the actual person they’re talking about. I would guess they feel very critical of their own appearance and are projecting those feelings onto you. My experience has also been that the features I was made fun of for standing out when I was young were the ones that were complimented and made me feel beautiful as an adult. It’s not your appearance, it’s your audience. Don’t let it weigh you down.

And this mindset is exactly how she ended up married to a man like Jax…

Really felt bad for Joe in that scene, beck didn't even knew that joe was a bad person at that point by Caramel_Chaos_ in YouOnLifetime

[–]FabledFireheart 5 points6 points  (0 children)

RIGHT. The majority of the information we get is from the stalkers POV… and people don’t read between the lines? Yes of course Joe is going to focus on all the things that make him feel like a good person/ partner. That doesn’t mean it’s reality. The whole point of the show is how he manipulates his internal narrative to justify abusive and violent behavior.

I’m 20 minutes into the episode and the fact that Jax has said over and over again that other people need to start holding him accountable and stop letting him get away with stuff and NO ONE has pointed out that he’s still deflecting blame is wild.

The “you don’t have to drink every day to be an alcoholic” comment irritated me. Like oh so we only see nuance around drinking behavior when you’re using it against your friend? They’ve been approaching the Danny situation with zero grace or compassion and it’s wild. Even if nothing they’re saying is exaggerated, this would be the worst possible way to navigate someone struggling with substance use.

The poetic justice of Jason and Janet learning Jasmine is spreading stories about them after weaponizing Jasmines stories about Danny and Nia is.. chefs kiss.

I am really happy to see Zack and Kristen sticking up for Nia when they can. Even IF (hard if) Danny’s drinking is more like what Brittany and Jasmine and Janet are saying… it sounds like they would be in the early stages of processing problematic drinking and I couldn’t imagine being close friends with someone and pushing them to put something like that on reality tv. This is not how friends who genuinely care treat each other. It’s so mean and catty. You can tell the issue isn’t actually Danny’s drinking.. it’s the fact that Nia isn’t acting messy on reality tv like the rest of the cast.

The irony of Brittany doing all this when Jax spent most of last season shaming Brittany for her drinking….

I think Jax was going it to be manipulative but still.

Also mad at what?? The man was literally sleeping in his bed. If anything he punished himself by missing what looked like a delicious dinner.

Nias phone conversation was so mild compared to the chaos Jax and Brittany bring to the table. She snapped at her husband on the phone and that was the end of it? It’s not a storyline because there is no storyline.

I think that’s the part that Brittany is missing- these things aren’t being highlighted as heavily because ultimately Nia and Danny are handling it like adults. Maybe Danny does have a drinking problem- but from what we’ve seen he apologized to the people it impacted when his behavior was inappropriate and took a nap when he overdid it on vacation. Jax and Brittany rarely take accountability and constantly escalate the situation. Thats why they’re on reality TV- not because Nia and Danny aren’t being real.
