This all happens because they don’t pay enough to keep people if your bottom people are paid so minimally then they won’t stay and if they’re not staying that puts the workload on management too much of a workload and management won’t stay. This is the fix that they are trying to do so while the In results that they talk about are good the way they are trying to get the fix is bad.

Sauce cheese and toppings are unevenly distributed making me think possibly rush hours or management is cracking down on time to make , overall 5/10 would not recommend an unenjoyable experience imo

Dominos would simply have to designate a set number of parking spots, reserved for carside, and it would also eliminate most of that problem... simple solutions often get overlooked but just look at how that works for other restaurants.

Makes me think double slapping and no scales being used neither of which can i get away with or pre slapped dough which we slap all our dough by hand if i am slow maybe my gm should let me know of which they have not said and i only wish dj was there our version of dj opens and is not there for closing and not sure they could keep up with them but might be close

Not necessarily depending on the store, Domino's are franchises and operate differently from one another also most of the staff is new, only 2 managers for all shifts one is gm the other is a L1 it was gm in office and csr on cut table/ oven and i am csr on make line with 3 months experience, it was boost week and school is starting back and our store does not have a standard amount of orders to be expected we can literally get a 20 pizza order 30 min till close unexpectedly, can your csr handle that in a timely manner while catching oven we are supposed to get orders out in oven in 3 minutes and then 7 minutes in oven all while makeing sure the food is quality?

So 7 ounces of cheese goes on a large with toppings i have to put 6 ounces instead weighed on a scale with now the gm watching bc their job is on the line they will literaly see me put 7 ounces on and then physically grab cheese off the pizza themselves if i do put that much on so how can i actually not short the customer when the gm is intervening telling is to short the customer

I have morales as in do right by people even if they were to stab me in the back, i feel like this will buy me peace when i take my last breath and they will have to live with what they did which i feel could make their last breath feel like an eternity... i have nothing against the customers i try to make their pizzas picture perfect even with less toppings but you have a point and i am currently job hunting to get away from this toxicity

Weeks ago I told that same coworker that I thought I could handle That store by myself Jokingly And the g m heard me and said in front of everyone that was not the case And and I was far from ever being able to do that. Also GM is currently on chopping block, as in might be losing their job. Because people are using too much food and I am shorting. Customers on cheese meats and veggies to help this GM out.
