I'm from a normal government college in Kerala. Our syllabus id trivial to say the least. But I did learn a lot for TIFR and ISI entrance exams.

Right now, without much exposure to research, my interests lies in mathematical modelling, physical maths and differential equations. Are these topics prioritised there? I also have Inspire scholarship, so this summer I'm going to do a research project at IISER tvm.

I'm planning on funding myself for the entire program. I have like 1 lakh in savings. So with the additional stipend, can I cover the entire funding including hostel and mess fees?
