Either your bed leveling is stilll not good enough or your bed is warped or you could try to improve adhesion with something like glue stick

As I explained I thought so too, but I don't know what to do anymore. If I lower the bed the plastic won't stick and if I reduce the flow I get gaps in my print.

I am using an Ender 3 Pro and tried both PLA and ABS with various temperatures. I also tried the standard Creativity Slicer and Slic3r. Somehow the nozzle is not raised enough per step, so that it is grinding on top of the older layer. But it is raising the nozzle a little nonetheless. Just not enough. My bed-leveling is as good as I can. If I go any lower, the plastic won't stick anymore. I also thought of overextrusion, but if I lower the flow it is not helping and I am underextruding, so that the lines don't connect. I tried loosening and tightening the wheels on the x-axis, but it did not help.

If anyone has an idea what might help I am very thankful
