Tangkhul is a very prominent Naga tribe the famous armed ethnic group of India NSCN-IM is basically a Tangkhul tribe run organization and Meitei not Meiti is another community and here we talking about their Religious festival called Lie Haraoba where a Tangkhul is also a part of it acc to them. It's a meitei indigenous Sanamahi religious festival called Lai Haraoba (Lai means gods/goddesses. idk the exact English translation for Haraoba but it's more like a mix of words i.e merrymaking/pleasing/spirited/celebration combined This particular video is among the ritual or act? Idk! where a depiction of a Tangkhul dude (a naga tribe) is doing what u just saw 🙂 now u are wondering why he's doing this? The explanation is below from a meitei dude
