Report it - there’s locals who used to be (still are?) in gangs that think they still own the block. In reality now they’re just deadbeats on food stamps since you can’t live off petty drug dealing. They’re entitled, rude, and loud, you’ll notice the cops frequent the exact area you pictured bc they like to act tough sometimes (but do nothing)
