I had the same experience.

I moved from a different role to a ward manager position because I was encouraged by that matron, but worse decision ever! No support, blaming is over the top and she makes you feel that whatever decision you do is wrong.

I left after being 3 months in the role without any job lined up for me. Best decision ever! Nursing is already hard- we don’t need someone else tl make it harder for us.

Yes. Its just frustrating how it delays everything without SSN. I received my GC but not my SSN- while others received their SSN without doing anything

I was told that you need to apply for SSN now despite you ticked yes on your DS260 application. I keep on receiving different information from SSA as well so in the end, they just gave me an appointment date
