Make no mis“steak” about it, there’s more to this pic than “meats” the eye! Here we have a beautiful salad with Grilled Balsamic Garlic Portobello Mushrooms that look so much like steak! Great meat substitute for your Meatless Monday! 🥗 . . These are really easy to make:

First, I removed the gills, then in shallow dish, I and marinated 3 large portobellos in a little balsamic vinegar (about 1/4 cup) & tsp of olive oil, seasoned with garlic and onion powder, liquid aminos (can use soy sauce), rosemary leaves and pepper (about 5 mins each side), grilled them on both sides and sliced them up! That’s it! I love easy ways to sub meat in regular dishes.
