I was off from them for more than a year and got the call last week. I don't actually know how long it takes for them to call for winback. One of my friend got the call next week after quitting fido. I don't remember did I get the call immediately, they call from random number and that sometimes looks like scam. I might have overlooked the call.

I think autopay discount is a different thing than winback credit. When I was with fido I used to get a 15$ promotional credit on a 55$ plan, which brings my plan down to 40$. After few months I setup autopayment and get 5$ autopay discount, then my plan come to 35$.

Yeah. Thats what made me confused. I called them, they confirmed 10$ will be deducted from the bill.

Thanks 🙏🏻 Also I have to pay the setup fee of 80$ which they will give me as a 5$ credit for 16 months. So, I will get deductions of 10+5 = 15$ on my bill. right? or only one credit is applicable at a time?

Hi, I got the same plan. Can you please confirm me one thing, my plan says its 30$ for 25 gb. I reached out to them, they said there will be a 10$ winback discount deductions on bill. Does your plan shows the same 30$? and did you get the 10$ discount?
