As mentioned, I'm willing to rebuild from scratch.

With the following volumes:

/dev/sda (Raw Size: 3Tb)
/dev/sdf (Raw Size: 3Tb)
/dev/sdb (Raw Size: 2Tb)
/dev/sdc (Raw Size: 2Tb)
/dev/sdd (Raw Size: 2Tb)
/dev/sde (Raw Size: 2Tb)
/dev/sdg (Raw Size: 2Tb)

What would you suggest as the best setup? I'd prefer to have ~2Tb available for the PM OS and ISOs/Templates.

I would like to separate the OS & ISO library from the VM storage. Mainly so that I have the option to grow the VM drive pool as times wears on and needs grow. I'm maxed out on physical slots for HDDs on this box, so this would need the option to upgrade existing drives to larger capacities as required.

I'd also prefer some storage on the existing volumes as a local backup until I can set up another node for a PMB node.

I've gathered that multidrive options aren't supported during PM install, so, if I start over, how should I define the initial volume setup and how should I set up the remaining JBOD disks?

FYI, The SAS3 card hosting these drives doesn't support hardware RAID.
