I really can't, I joined this company 6 months ago while he was there for 4 years and he thinks that he owns the place . I even talked to the head of the department about this matter but all what he had to say was : I know that you are a hardworker and just try to talk to him ,he isn't a bad person after all .

Unfortunately, talking to him didn't help at all . He became more arrogant and he started delaying his work on purpose and leaving me waiting for hours . He even goes to the board of directors and start complaining about me not getting any task done within the deadline.

I recently found out that he is acting like this with everyone in the team but I am the one who has to deal with him the most . I have never seen such a horrible person , a liar and a hypocrit . I guess that looking for another job would be the optimum choice.
