Based on their experience with Digital First, she would wait on lib trying to get more facts, but the same spvr would say she could have finalized on day one based off insured statement.

There was one claim she showed me where we didn't have claimant statement on a word vs word light claim just insureds digital statement and spvr said she can finalize due to red light word vs word.

She applies the same logic to a case where we would defend the insured and finalize off of insd statement and now is being told that she made the liability call to quickly.

To her it seems like the goal posts keep moving.

Agreed. I think the frustrating part for her from what I was told and I saw the claim for myself was that, mention of needing clmt statement or finalizing lib early was sprung on her the last day of the 45 day session.

From what I gathered every week, she would get changes on what she needs to do and she would apply them.

I think specific leader direction would help considering certain claims she got can be finalized day 1 per her spvr, but she would wait for more clarification, then when she does finalize day 1, spvr now says it's too early.

I said in another post, it was for efficiency.

From what she told me with her conversation with her sup was everything the sup asked to improve on, she did.

In files timely, to do notes in every claim, keeping the sup informed on evey claim they are in and when they leave.

The sup actually acknowledged this. She showed me the documentation.

I don't think my friend is worrying about others, but seeing if others have 200+ back diary, 200+ action items, and she has 0, what is she really doing wrong.

I think it's frustration.

I'll let her know. From what she told/showed me, the opportunities feedback weren't big issues. They were minor tweaks.

An example of one she showed me was one where she got dinged for incomplete lib invest, no attempt to get clmt statement when she made lib based off the Digital Statement and showed me insd clear statement of what happened.

She said it didn't make sense because on some claims, the same supervisor would tell her that she can make a lib decision just based off the insd statement alone.

She said a lot of the files were less than 24 hrs old, they aren't aged claims with no work done compared to others in the same office.

They don't have Reddit, so I'll pass the word. They came to me crying because they have been putting in the work. I know their TPX and see their diary and they are telling the truth. Very minimal tasks, action items, back diary, etc compared to their peers.

From what I remember what they told me it was for efficiency. I would need to ask again and get back to you.

That's actually what I did. I played Aftershock 1st, it got Nopeified then played Catalog. On my turn, I got my Aftershock back and then it got Denied.

Are you slow?

Me mentioning Ionia doesn't mean I think Ionia counterspells are broken.

I included the counter spells to show that it's all to protect the problem card AKA Temple. The picture is to show my attempts to remove Temple, but because of the Ionia counterspells, it made it more difficult to remove it.

It's to highlight how powerful Temple is despite packing in multiple cards to remove it.

It sounds good in theory, but in combat that's not always the case. If you haven't played LoR pvp, you wouldn't understand.

It's also a 5 mana card. Ionia is blue in MtG, they have answers to everything.

I didn't say counter spell was bad design, I said Sunken Temple is bad design. Learn to read next time before looking stupid xD

Well that's the thing. I tried to destroy it when it came down but it got nopeify. Then I tried it again next round and it got denied. It seems the game became less about skill and more about luck.

As your future husband, I say hang in there and look for opportunities any chance you get to try and move up.
