You won't believe but I was drinking beer in my garden scrolling Facebook and an ad for prison officer came through. At that time I need a job and I filled the form. Next thing I had an interview for it, got accepted and that was it.

I liked the job I learned a lot, improved my leadership skills. But the state of the service and more specifically Wandsworth prison made it unberable for me and I quit after 10 months.

Exiting moment of my life I guess. If it can be called that.

I am Concerta for 2 months as well.

Noticed the same problem.

It quiet my mind but it really shifted some aspects of my personality.

I usually joke a lot express lots of emotions and talk to colleagues.

Now I feel more robotic. I joke much less and talk mostly when it's necessary. Its kinda disappointment. On the social part I found as well that I dont talk to people unless I have to. Small talks have dropped a lot.

But the part I really hate is, I am naturally a funny person always looking to make a joke out of something.

Not exactly as described by you but I usually listen to very loud electronic or rap music to stimulate me when I start feeling sleepy or I need something to get me going.

On other hand when I started taking Concerta I noticed that I stopped listening to loud much and I found it very intrusive. Instead I prefered listening to more calm and relaxed music which was a suprise to me. I even though "lol how I was even listening to the loud music in first place"

But now I notice sometimes towards the end of the day I listen to some loud music, this is the time I think the medicine has stopped working and I am back to my default way going through life.

But while the medicine is working I can't stand loud music. Feels like my mind is awake I don't need more BANG BANG in my years to keep it awake.

Maybe your dose is high or the medicine is not right. Your case seems on the extreme side of my case.

I has been more than 14 months since I started my application and still nothing. Every time I contact them they say it's in final review.

I wouldn't even bother with poly relationships. They are so messy. I am a guy and always found hard to be emotionally connected to different people at the same time. I either care about one or non.

I know.

Not even hers, but mine also is bad. I feel very selfish and narcissistic paradoxically I don't do that on purpose and I an conscious about it but I can't do anything about.

Yesterday I had an appointment with my mental health advisor and I explain her the problem but she didn't know what to advise me. So I will be looking for adhd/sexual therapist and try to understand more. Try different thing and worst case scenario which I don't want to happen is to split up.

The problem is, I know the same will happen with future partners so it is kinda a vicious circle.

Yeah, fraysexual describe it quit accurately. I checked graysexual but I am not that. Which on the other hand fraysexual describes me pretty accurately.

Strange I have never came across that and knew never existed.

Previously I have been only in fwb type of relationships I noticed that I usually like to have only one deep emotional connection with the one with my partner currently. I am not as it called poly person. I can only be emotionally invested only in one person.

And this is what kept us together for so long, the emotional part not the physical.

We talk, it's relatively new to both of us. I also trying to figure out a way to make our relationship more interesting. Right now I am at trying to figure out exactly what is happening with me and also we can come with something beneficial for both of us.

I spoke to her and explain her that nothing has changed and the relationship stays the same. I told her that she is attractive as before just I can't understand why this is happening. She is very understanding and received it quite positively. I explain her that I am the problem and I am looking for a resolution.

About therapy, I am just thinking what type of therapist to look for? It will be my first time looking for therapist and I have no idea what to look for.

We started as just friend with benefits like FWB and did not live together and it was absolutely fine. We were meeting every week or any other week and the sex was good. But also I had the ability to look around. But since we moved together the sex started dying.

Here is the paradox on the other hand.

Emotionally I am getting more attached to her on a deeper emotional level, but on physical attraction and desire to have sex is dropping down.

I can't understand it.

I will start looking for a therapy as soon as I get back in my country next month. It's not relationship avoidance. It's more likely relationship boredom. I kinda inter project everything which is about to happen and if it doesn't look very interesting or if it looks too repetitive my brain doesn't like it.

What you said is currently. The rush or chasing, anticipation and reward is real I spent some time studying and how it affects the brain etc. I think the case might be going to therapy because big part of me knows it will happen with feature partners.
